Hello,

I need a pointer on how to set up a common block of information across many documents. E.g. in a few hundred documents, I have some common info. Sometimes, I change this common info and it is a lot of work to edit. How can I capture it in a block and insert it as a variable or some other way. I need to see it before I compile it though. Is it possible?

The include tag does this. See:

And:

https://www.literatureandlatte.com/foru ... 54#p267254

You can view the text wherever it is stored, either in the same project (if it is relevant to one project only) or in an external file, but in situ it will appear as a tag only.

Best.
