Just so you know, I'm going to be updating the format of the compiled books a bit this year. Previously, all three formats (epub, mobi and pdf) have been basically the same. This year I'm looking to play a bit more to make better use of Scrivener's compile features for each format.

For example, the PDF has historically been just a regular A4 page PDF. This year, the PDF will be set up to meet BLURB's PDF uploader requirements. The main reason is to create a more beautiful file that looks more like a book when you read it on screen, but of course you will also be able to use it to order a hardcopy to keep on your shelf. I'll make the compile settings available as well so you can mix and match chapters from the final book to create your favourite version.

If anyone has any great examples of book formatting that I should take into account (especially ebooks which I tend to read less of), let me know or upload a picture in this thread!

I'm also contemplating buying some ISBNs and having all the finished works formally registered (this will include a "republishing" of the previous years' books as well).

CreateSpace (free ISBNs if you want) and people around the world can then use POD to buy physical copies. Feasible?
